Approvals in real estate project is second stage construction project which is associated with the government. In todays scenario the government work is ment to be tedious and time taking and most of the approvals have to be applied for manually. The study contributes to the approvals for real estate project while focusing on the integrated township projects. The research contributes to this phase of project approval by creating a single window system from where we can get detail information of the guidelines for both the phases, where the platform integrates different approvals so you can access the applications for the approvals.
